I can't recommend Paul and the team highly enough, very professional and the highest level of quality work / advice.

Octopus declined to install solar and battery because our house is a Colt timber frame construction.Paul visited our home to talk us through (and point where the important bits would be) a bespoke setup that would work for us.

Once agreed it all went smoothly and according to plan - deposit - scaffolding - first fix - panel install - final commissioning. Paul and his team have great attention to detail, the final look / neatness is important to them, showing genuine pride in their work which I suspect is not for the home owners sake, it's to show other installers how PBA rolls - either way, it's neat and tidy and working brilliantly.

First contacted PBA based on a recommendation from a friend who highly rated Paul and his team.  Paul came out to assess and quote, providing a few different options for EV chargers, alongside his recommendation and the choices available, photos of each and how they look once installed.  We opted for a Zappi charger based on it's integration with Solar and various other benefits.  Paul arrived promptly to install using a high spec EVUltra cable to keep the install tidy (rather than having a separate data cable), leveraged existing drill holes where possible to minimize drilling additional ones into our screeded side of our property and was efficient and tidy (dust sheets etc used where he was coming through the wall into our fuse board).  He was also able to minimize downtime for the rest of our house, only needing to turn off the power for around 5 minutes.

The charger works a treat, and not to mention how useful the app is at providing an insight into Power usage across our home.  We'll definitely be continuing to use Paul going forwards.

Paul installed a Zappi EV charger along with the Harvi unit to monitor the energy being generated by my existing solar panels.
From initial contact (with Fiona) to get the detailed quote, through to seeing the job through, the communication has been excellent.
The job was carried out with care and attention to detail.  A job very well done.  I'll be using their services in the future - highly recommended.
